Who we are

My Photo Tools is a small, independent business based in New Zealand. We design, build and run every tool ourselves. There are no investors to answer to and no advertising on the site.

Your photos stay with you

Every tool works inside your own browser. When you resize, crop, convert or sign something, the work happens on your device, and your photos and files are never uploaded.

Your photos only leave your device when you choose to send them: Photo Send and Send to another device move a file straight from one of your devices to another, encrypted, and it never passes through or stays on our servers.

If you choose to save something to your account, like a signature or brand kit, it's encrypted and kept only so it works on all your devices. You can delete it any time.

How the site pays for itself

• Everyone gets 5 free downloads a day, full quality, with no watermark.
• Some tools are always free, with no limits.
• Credits are for a busy week: pay once, nothing renews, and credits you buy never expire.
• Pro is unlimited, and you can turn off renewal any time.

That's all. We don't show ads, and we never sell your data.

Why you can trust us

• Payments are handled by Stripe, a well-known payment provider. We never see or keep your card number.
• Clear prices in US dollars, shown before you pay. No free trial that quietly turns into a charge.
• Refunds are explained plainly in our Terms of Use.
• Your data is yours. See what we keep in our Privacy Policy, and close your account on your Account page whenever you like.
• Real people read every message. We usually reply within one to two working days.
