My Photo Tools (myphototools.com) is run by an independent business in New Zealand.

Our policies

• Terms of Use: the free plan, credits, Pro, renewal and fair use.
• Refunds: when and how you can get your money back.
• Privacy Policy: what we keep, why, and for how long.
• Cookies: the few we use, and what they're for.

Your rights

You can see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Most of it is on your Account page, where you can also close your account at any time. For anything else, email us and we'll help. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can contact the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner. See your rights for the details.

Your photos and files

The tools work on your own device, so we don't receive, store or publish your photos or files. If you choose to save something to your account, like a signature or brand kit, it's encrypted and kept only so it works on all your devices. You can delete it any time. You're responsible for having the right to use the photos you work with. The sample photos on the site are from Unsplash.

Reporting a problem

• A security problem: please email hello@myphototools.com with "Security" in the subject. We'll look into it straight away.
• Something that breaks the rules: email us and tell us what you found.

The law that applies

Our terms are governed by New Zealand law. If we make an important change to our terms, we'll say so on the site and email people with an account.
