How to use Signature to PNG

Choose how to sign: Sign on your phone (scan the QR code and sign with your finger), Draw it here, or drop a photo of a signature on plain paper.

If you signed on a screen, use Undo or Clear until you're happy, then press Use this signature, or Send to computer on your phone.

If other marks get in, press Choose area and drag a box around your signature.

Adjust the Strength, Line thickness, Ink colour and Space around.

Common questions
How do I make my signature a transparent PNG?
Photograph your signature on white paper, add the photo, and press Download PNG. The paper is removed and only the ink is kept, on a see-through background.
How do I add my signature to a PDF or Word document?
Download your signature as a PNG, then insert it as a picture in your document or PDF editor. The see-through background means it sits cleanly over the signature line.
Can I sign on my phone and use it on my computer?
Yes. On the computer, press Sign on your phone and scan the QR code. Sign with your finger and tap Send to computer. It appears on the computer straight away, going directly between your two devices without being uploaded.
Can I draw my signature on my phone?
Yes. Press Draw it here and sign in the box with your finger. You can redo it as often as you like, and turning your phone sideways gives you more room.
Can I change the ink colour of my signature?
Yes. Pick Black, Dark blue, or Pen colour to keep the colour of the pen you used.
Is Signature to PNG free?

Is my signature uploaded?
No. Your signature is made in your browser, on your own device. It's only saved to your account if you choose to, so it works on all your devices. It's encrypted, and you can delete it any time.
