How to use Blur Faces
Blur Faces finds the faces in a photo and blurs them for you, so you can share a group photo, a street scene or a school event without showing who was there. The faces are found on your own device, and you see the blurred preview before you download anything. Missed a face? Drag across it. Want to keep one? Delete its box. Your photo is never uploaded.

Common questions
How do I blur faces in a photo automatically?
Choose your photo here. Every face found is blurred straight away. Check the preview, fix anything missed, and press Download.
Does it find every face?
It finds most faces, including small ones in group photos. Faces turned away, in shadow or partly covered can be missed, so check the preview and drag across any it didn't cover.
Can I keep some faces and blur the rest?
Yes. Choose a face in the list and delete it, and that face is left as it is.
Is my photo uploaded?
No. The faces are found and blurred in your browser. Your photo never leaves your device.
Can the blur be undone?
No. The saved photo is a new image, and the original face detail isn't stored in it. For the strongest privacy, use Black bar or a high blur amount.
